RULES AND REGULATION OF LITTLE CALIPHS KINDERGARTEN

We (parents), hereby acknowledge and understand that;

1. This acknowledgement form is pre requisite for 2016 new registration and renewal registration.
2. We are aware and agree with the session offered (Full day / Half day) to my child.
3. The student shall follow the kindergarten schedule on time. The schedule is as follow:

Pra-Tahfiz: 8. 00 am – 12.30 pm

KG & KG 2: 8. 00 am – 12.00 pm

Extended program: 7.15 am - 6. 00 pm (Please refer to the Fee Structure for late pickup charge). For half a day student, please pickup your child latest till by 1. 00 pm. After that we have to consider that the student is in the extended program. (Please refer to the Fee Structure for late pickup charge).

4. Seat for my child will only confirm after booking fee of RM200 is fully paid and it is not refundable.
5. The total amount of 2016 registration fee is payable by 30^th November 2015.
6. The school will be closed during Malaysia and W.Persekutuan Putrajaya public holidays as prescribed by the government.
7. The monthly fee is chargeable for the month of January to November in full, regardless of the actual number of schooling days.
8. The month of December is a holiday. The student is encouraged to participate in additional holiday program organized by the kindergarten.
9. No refunds or reductions can be given if a child is absent due to illness, holiday or decides to stop attending the school.
10. All monthly payment must be made latest by the 5^th of every month.
11. During ramadhan, our operation hour will be as follows;

School session :           8.00 am – 12.00 pm

Full Day           :           7.15 am – 5.30 pm

Penalty will be charged RM30 per hour after 5.30 pm during ramadhan.

12. The student shall wear the school uniform everyday except on activity day; they have to wear their sports attire.
13. We acknowledged that there will be four (4) event holidays throughout the year of 2016. The specific date will be announced from time to time.
14. I believe the education for my child is very important. Therefore, I will send my child on time for them to fully benefit from The Little Caliphs Program.
15. I will try my best to attend all programme organized by Little Caliphs Putrajaya P14 especially Reading Technic Seminar for parents, Parents-Teachers Meet, Sports Day and Ihtifal Day.
16. No sick student is allowed to enter the kindergarten premise. The parent shall inform the kindergarten teacher in case the student is sick or absent or unable to come to school.
17. I will pray that ALLAH will send the best teachers and will open students’ heart to learn and benefit from the Little Caliphs Program.
